The Balkan Liberal Network ISEEL organized a Conference on the Topic: “The Balkan Benelux – Common Political Action”

In the period 30.09-02.10.2011, in Belgrade, Serbia, a second meeting was held of the youth organizations of Balkan liberal parties, organized by ISEEL and kindly hosted by mladi LDP Serbia. Representatives of 9 organizations in the region (Bulgaria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Moldova, Romania, Slovenia and  Serbia) discussed the establishment of the Balkan Liberal Network as a platform ensuring future expansion of the influence of Balkan countries within the framework of United Europe and the European Union, namely a higher level of their involvement in important decision-making.

During the event, the organization was constituted as such and its charter and manifesto (enclosed herewith) were adopted. The organization shall adopt its decisions unanimously. A Bureau (sitting one representative of each organization) and coordinator were appointed, the latter to manage Bureau and Network activities. Stanislav Anastasov, deputy chairman of Youth MRF, was appointed coordinator.  

The next meeting of the organization will take place in the following spring.
