Gibraltar's Vice Chief Minister, Mr. Keith Azopardi, addressed the seminar with an introductory speech on Gibraltar's view on the issue. The presidents also had the opportunity to discuss European foreign policy with Jan Weijers, Secretary-General of Liberal International. A resolution, aiming at bringing the European project closer to the citizens, was adopted by the presidents at the end of the Young Leaders Meeting. The meeting by the Rock also included a visit to the 10th anniversary of the Gibraltar Liberal Party.
