Antoaneta Asenova-Bihlmayer

Antoaneta is a Bulgarian citizen, member of Youth MRF working in Brussels, Belgium. She is passionate about the integration of the Western Balkan states, migration and asylum policy, the questions of equal citizenship and minority rights, as well as the EU institutional reforms and the future of Europe discussion.

Antoaneta holds a Master of laws degree from the “St. Kliment Ohridski” University in Sofia, Bulgaria and a LL.M. degree in International and comparative law from Tulane University, USA under a “Fulbright” scholarship. She worked previously as an in-house attorney and a legislative adviser at the Bulgarian National Assembly, and since 2014 is working at the European Parliament for the MRF delegation.
