Under the the theme Energy Security: securing resources and infrastructure in a changing global environment over 100 young Liberals from across Europe will gather in Helsinki for LYMEC's 2015 Autumn congress. From Thursday 29 of October at 16h onwards and until Friday 30 of October around lunchtime several conferences on topics related to key resources for European and national security (energy, food) will take place. Friday afternoon participants will move to a cruise ship, where we will hold our statutory event. For that reason participants are advised to land in Helsinki no later than 13h. Boarding will start at 14h30 and the ship will depart the port of Helsinki a couple of hours later. Saturday, the programme will continue on board and we will be back to Helsinki Sunday, 1st of November in the morning.
