European Trainers Academy: Youth Edition
This event will take place in Split, Croatia from 30 June to 2 July 2023
This Youth Edition of the European Trainers Academy will provide participants with the skills to improve in public speaking and moderation.
We will dive into understanding the role of a chair or moderator and how to handle the feedback from the participants. If you are interested in finding out more about identifying the purpose and objectives of a speech or the tips and tricks on how to engage the audience, this Academy session is for you!
We encourage you to submit your application for the European Trainers Academy - youth edition session, which will be dedicated to improving the skills of public speaking and moderation.

The call for applications is open until the 23rd of April 2023 at 00:00. Please be aware that due to the limited amount of spots, we cannot accept all applications. This form is only for presenting your candidacy, a selection process will take place.

- Practical group exercise
HOW TO BE A GOOD MODERATOR
- Understanding the role of a chair or moderator
- How to manage disruptive or difficult participants
- Summarising discussions or final decisions
- How to handle Q&A and feedback from the audience
ONLINE VS OFFLINE – BEST PRACTICE SHARING
- Best practice sharing session to exchange thoughts, ideas and experiences in online and in-person moderation settings
- How to set the tone and manage the flow of a meeting or event
