By combining hands-on training in inclusive leadership\, participatory decision-making\, and digital res ilience with applied policy work\, the project directly addresses structur al\, cultural\, and online barriers that discourage young women from polit ical participation. Grounded in evidence-based approaches\, it empowers pa rticipants to design and implement concrete reforms within their organisat ions.
