 ear 2022! We hope you are keeping safe and healthy! We continue with our c
 oncept of the Digital Assembly of LYMEC in 2022. This event (already our 4
 th) will take place online on Saturday\, February 5 at 10 h CET (Brussels 
 time). In an attempt to open to our member organisations and increase tran
 sparency\, we would like to increase the amount of opportunities to meet t
 he current leadership and discuss together the main issues we are facing t
 oday in Europe. The agenda will be as follows: Part A will be dedicated to
  the Bureau presenting what has been done so far in the mandate (since the
  last hybrid Congress in Autumn 2021 in Paris) and what the plans for the 
 coming months are\, especially in light with the Electoral Congress (May 2
 022 in Prague). This will be primarily an opportunity for delegations to a
 sk questions and share their concerns with the current leadership. Questio
 ns or comments for Part A can be sent to office@lymec.eu anytime ahead of 
 the event or you can simply ask for the floor during the event. Part B wil
 l deal with the latest proposals for resolutions of the working group on t
 he renewal of our Policy book. We are focusing this time on Chapter 4 of o
 ur Policy book. The outcomes are available here and you can send your amen
 dments and proposals for discussion to our Policy Officer ahead of the Ass
 embly (deadline is 2 February 2022\, end of the day). This discussion will
  aim at finding compromises\, creating alliances\, exchange views and prep
 are the work for Congress. In no way the discussions will have a binding e
 ffect\, resolutions will be debated and adopted at our next Congress. Amen
 dments to resolutions should still be tabled for the Congress. However\, t
 he opinion of the Assembly will be transmitted as announcement during the 
 working groups on resolutions taking place before the next Congress. All d
