 urope. The Study Session:5 working days in-person in Strasbourg (22 to 26 
 November) - travels the day before and the day after All accepted particip
 ants will have to participate in-person for the full 5 days (digital parti
 cipation not possible)Capacity building of young multipliers (political yo
 uth organisations)\;Development of the Diversity Action Toolkit. Objective
 s:Strengthen youth activism in removing barriers to their civic participat
 ion\;Allow young people\, including those experiencing any form of discrim
 ination and exclusion\, to benefit from opportunities that strengthen thei
 r access to rights\;Strengthen young people’s capacities\, agency and le
 adership to prevent discrimination\;Recognise the full diversity of young 
 people and create a safe space for them to voice their concerns as well as
  learn from each other's experiences. Applications:Open for participants f
 rom 18 to 30 years old\; Focused primarily on members of LYMEC and ACP-YPN
 \; Primarily applicants from Council of Europe countries\; Interested and 
 involved in diversity and participation in political youth organisations\;
  We are looking for people working with members/organisational development
  - event or community officers as well as regional officers in youth organ
 isations\; Deadline to apply is Sunday 3 October at 23:59 CEST (Brussels t
 ime)\; Selected participants will be informed by mid-October. Selection:20
  participants will be selected\; Taking into account gender and geographic
 al balances\; Representatives from both organisations. Participation fee:
