pe is on-going and it is a real opportunity to shape our Union to build th
e Europe we want\, the liberal Europe of the future. LYMEC has been vocal
about the importance of this exercise\, and the importance of including an
d hearing the voice of young people\, and especially the young liberals we
represent. If you have missed it\, you can find our actions and proposals
here. As part of this ambitious process that we are leading for more than
a year and a half now\, we would like to discuss with our broader members
hip. We are therefore organising a series of Regional discussions with the
LYMEC membership on the Conference on the Future of Europe. The objective
is twofold (1) discuss and emphasize our joint proposals but also (2) to
hear and gather new ideas and empower our members to participate and impac
t on the outcomes of the discussions at the European level. On 14 October
2021 at 20 h CET (Brussels time)\, we will have the next event of our seri
es of regional discussions by meeting with our members from Benelux and Fr
ance. The meeting will mainly take place in English but Dutch\, German and
French can also be used. We will circulate the link to join the Zoom meet
ing directly to the relevant organisations closer to the event. In the mea
ntime\, save the date and prepare to join with your motivation and ideas!
