Over the last twenty years, digitisation has profoundly changed Europe’s societies and economies. Lately, with the rise of artificial intelligence, machine learning and automation the process is only gaining further speed. There is no doubt that these developments will bring great challenges. Therefore, purpose of this seminar and workshop is to address the impact of the digital transformation as well as discuss current trends of digitisation of the education and the labour market. This seminar will analyse digital trends, discuss the social pillar and examine how digitisation in combination with modern education can further develop European societies and tackle income and social inequalities. The seminar is especially aimed at our student organisation MOs.
