My name is Felix Häring, I am 25 years old and I am from Passau, Germany. I hold a Bachelor degree
in Slavonic Studies with Czech and Russian as key languages and I'm currently studying European
Studies in Leipzig and Vilnius. I joined the liberal family in Germany in autumn 2017.
I have been involved in the international work of the German Liberal Students (LHG) since 2018. In
January 2020 I was elected to their Federal Board as International Officer. Since then, I have
coordinated our work at LYMEC, represented us in the European Liberal Student Network and
cooperated with organisations all over Europe. My main fields of interest are education, youth,
culture and foreign relations.
Next to liberal politics I’m very engaged in the exchange between Germany and Czech Republic,
where I’m currently co-president of the Czech-German Youth Forum and member of the Czech-German Discussion Forum as youth representative appointed by the German Federal Foreign Office.
