Liberal Individuals from all over Europe gathered in Brussels on October 9 – 11 to participate in a training and networking event for individual members of LYMEC and ALDE Party – “Individual in European Politics”.

 

The meeting kicked off with a traditional Brussels liberal drinks, providing an informal opportunity for proper introduction with each other and liberal scene in general.

The aim of the event was to provide political, campaigning, communication and social media training to participants, who are all individual members of either LYMEC or ALDE Party.

In the beginning of the event participants were addressed by Sir Graham Watson, who stressed the increasing importance of the Individual in politics and need of a new social contract in Europe. Participants also met with with Angelika Mlinar, MEP from Austria (here in the photo with the participants).
