This weekend LYMEC and ELF held a training for 30 participants coming from around Europe under the title “Redrafting Europe: building and communicating a Liberal political program in the face of populism” in Florence, Italy.

Very interesting and useful training sessions were given by Marley Morris, Researcher at Counterpoint, Elizabeth Drury, EU Advocacy Trainer from Eyetoeye Communications and Bonnie Bernström, Member of Board of the ELF member organisation, SILC. ALDE party’s Political advisor Mae Liz Orrego Wennick presented the plans and strategies of the ALDE party for upcoming European Parliament elections.

This is the second out of three ELF supported trainings that aim to prepare the young campaign managers and young candidates for the upcoming campaign and elections for the European Parliament.
