The network consists of member organisations (MO) and individual members (IM). LYMEC has two types of member organisations: full members and associate members, differing in levels of rights and duties inside the organisation. LYMEC was the first pan-European political organisation to institute the Individual Membership in 1997. Individuals can become members, thus being able to participate in our events, activities and put forward resolutions.
We wrote a letter to the @ALDEgroup MEPs on our concerns re: the #CopyrightDirective. We urge the liberal MEPs to support the amendments to remove articles 11 & 13 as they stand now, to allow the next EP to work on an improved text.
