The European Liberal Youth LYMEC, the Boris Divković Foundation (BDF), the Liberal Institute for Political Analyses (LIPA), and the Liberal Integration Foundation (LIF) are supporting Antoaneta Asenova-Bihlmayer for the position of Second Vice-President of the European Liberal Forum.
The ELF Board will be elected at the ELF General Assembly on Tuesday 29 September 2026.

Dear Liberal Friends,
Serving on the Board of the European Liberal Forum has been a privilege and an invaluable opportunity to work alongside such a committed network and learn from your ideas. It has strengthened my conviction that ELF plays a unique role in shaping the European liberal agenda by bringing forward diverse expertise and innovative ideas to the benefit of decision-makers.
Throughout my time of service, I have gained a deeper understanding of both the unique position and the challenges facing ELF. I have seen firsthand the strength and resilience of your work, the dedication of the membership, and the importance of working together to ensure your expertise translates into impact.
It is with this experience and continued commitment that I am honoured to be nominated for the role of Second Vice-President and continue serving on the Board of the European Liberal Forum.
I do not doubt that ELF is a key factor in the creation of the ideas of Europe of tomorrow, so it is a priority for me to continue reinforcing our position as a leading liberal platform for the development of evidence-based concepts and informed debate. It is further of utmost importance to me to continue the work on deepening the cooperation across the ELF membership, as by strengthening the internal connections and peer support between our member organisations, we reinforce the entire network. Lastly, having grown up in a country aspiring for accession and with the experiences of a person before and after EU membership, making all the voices heard on equal footing is a moral cause for me.
