This session will provide a space to discuss women’s participation and representation at LYMEC Congresses, with a focus on identifying barriers, sharing experiences and exploring practical ways to make our events more inclusive and accessible. Women delegates are warmly encouraged to join the discussion, share their perspectives and contribute ideas on how LYMEC can further strengthen women’s engagement in its activities, debates and decision-making processes. Together, we aim to identify concrete steps towards ensuring that all members feel empowered to participate actively and have their voices heard within our organisation.
