About the event

The Women Leadership Accelerator will equip young political actors with practical tools to turn commitments to gender equality into meaningful change within party structures and leadership practices. By combining hands-on training in inclusive leadership, participatory decision-making, and digital resilience with applied policy work, the project directly addresses structural, cultural, and online barriers that discourage young women from political participation. Grounded in evidence-based approaches, it empowers participants to design and implement concrete reforms within their organisations. In doing so, the project strengthens gender equality, enhances democratic trust, and fosters a more inclusive and resilient liberal democratic culture across local, national, European, and global levels.
