Peter Banks
Ombudsperson
From 2020-2022, Peter served as the International Officer of the Young Liberals in the United Kingdom. During this time, and in previous years on the International Committee of Young Liberals, Peter attended several LYMEC Congresses and was involved with several other LYMEC projects. In 2022, he was a Liberal Democrat delegate to ALDE Congress.
Peter lived for many years in The Hague in The Netherlands, where he studied for a Bachelor's degree in International Studies at the University of Leiden.
Having left the Executive of the Young Liberals at the end of 2022, Peter is now in training for ordination to the priesthood in the Church of England. He currently lives in Cambridge.
