Independence Day of Ukraine!
Sincere congratulations to the heroic Ukraine on its Independence Day! 
Today is also six months since Russia started a war of aggression in Ukraine. LYMEC stands with Ukraine in the fight for continued independency and an end to the war.
Expressing our support for Ukraine is not enough, we need real action from the EU. In support for Ukraine the EU should provide necessary ammunition and weapons to Ukraine to defend itself from the Russian army and work with the Ukrainian military and determine the most effective strategies to defend Ukraine’s territorial integrity and civil society. The EU should continue and enhance its financial aid for suffering territories and provide civil, medical humanitarian aid for citizens as well as medical assistance to soldiers fighting on the frontlines.
