Dear members, dear liberal friends, 

We are hereby very happy to announce that the 2024 LYMEC Electoral Spring Congress will be taking place in Brussels, Belgium. The proposed dates for this event are 22-24 March 2024.

We would like to thank all the applicant organisations to host this Congress but given the circumstances and the specificity of the 2024 year due to the European Elections, it was of course a more complex decision than usual. We received many great applications and hope you apply again in the near future.

This Congress will be fundamental for the running of our organisation since the new Bureau will be elected at this statutory meeting. These elections are taking place at the beginning of a very busy year with the European Elections coming up in June 2024. The event will follow the ALDE Party Extraordinary Congress taking place in Belgium as well between 20-21 March 2024.

The LYMEC Bureau has therefore decided in cooperation with our close partners to bring the Congress in the heart of the European capital for this special occasion.
